This policy covers this website. Our mobile applications each have their own policy, because they handle information differently. The policy for EHCPwise is published at ehcpwise.co.uk.

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and contains no tracking of any kind. There is nothing here to opt out of.

What this website collects

Nothing directly. There are no forms, no sign in, no comment fields and no embedded third party content. We do not build a profile of visitors and we do not know who you are.

Like any website, the pages are delivered by a hosting provider, which processes technical information such as your IP address in order to serve the page and to protect the site from abuse. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and that processing is governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy terms. We do not receive visitor level reports from it.

If you email us

Email sent to an address at this domain is forwarded to a mailbox we control, so that we can read and reply to it. We keep that correspondence only for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry and for our own records. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your details to anyone else for marketing.

Your rights

Data protection law gives you rights over personal data held about you, including the right to see it, correct it, and ask for it to be erased.
